TeamViewer is an excellent tool for transferring files and remote PC connection which is helpful for business especially on troubleshooting computers
.The good thing about this product is that it is for free and on all windows platform. When control a remote PC, it is fast even in an 1mbps connection. When you log in, you're given an access code and a password. Sharing those allows your computer to be controlled by the level you set it to: remote support, presentation, file transfer, or VPN. The TeamViewer servers remember which computers you've connected to, so reconnecting to previously shared computers happens faster.
